H2Gem modular hydrogen generators have been designed for continuous hydrogen production even under changing conditions. Continuous power control from 2.5 kW up to their maximum output allows you to make optimal use of the available energy. Your hydrogen production will thus be highly efficient and the return on your investment will be significantly improved.

Modular Hydrogen generator is based on

  • 1 – 6 pcs. Water Electrolyzer Modules – PEMWE 1000
  • Water management module
  • Hydrogen dryer
  • Rack
  • PLC with Safety control.

 

Output of the entire hydrogen generator can be continuously controlled from 2.5 to a maximum output power of 27 kW (based on configuration).

Hydrogen production is up to 6 Nm3/h (0.55 kg/h) or 144Nm3/24h (13.12 kg/24h).

  • Humidity sensor ensures automatic switching between drying and regeneration modes to ensure continuous drying.

Rack & Piping

The technology rack cabinet with necessary media distribution pipes is prepared for a possible full installation of max. 6 Water Electrolyzer modules and Water management module.

  • HOT – Swap module exchange – disconnection of the module while in full production of other modules
  • Connection of external media – Produced Hydrogen, Purge Hydrogen, Oxygen, Demineralized Water Inlet/Overflow, Cooling water IN/OUT, Electrical supply – 3P+N+PE, 63A/400VAC.
